The diffuser is created through the ancient tecnique of the caged blown glass: the master glass-worker mouth blows the glassy bubble inside a metal cage, which contains the natural expansion just in part. In this way the final product is in part hold by the cage and in part it escapes from it, creating the tension play which makes a suspended object in the moment to come out from its limit; the cage is also enriched with a galvanic treatment which enhances the aspect, making it shiny and polished.
