The transparent edition allows the observer to read a double level of structure, multiplying the scene effect, the twine of the metal basket spreads on the surrounding surfaces a kaleidoscopic shadow play. On the contrary, the white edition follows in a delicate manner the cage and defines the geometries by creating a diffused light elegant and pleasing. The diffuser is created through the ancient tecnique of the caged blown glass: the master glass-worker mouth blows the glassy bubble inside a metal cage, which contains the natural expansion just in part. In this way the final product is in part hold by the cage and in part it escapes from it, creating the tension play which makes a suspended object in the moment to come out from its limit; the cage is also enriched with a galvanic treatment which enhances the aspect, making it shiny and polished. It lighten up by a light source which the customer has the chance to choose, this lamp is an item extremely suggestive and characterized by a strong impact, both switched on and off.
